The focus for RSM Academy is bringing young people together who love Muay Thai and exercise. One of the founders of this institution is Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium Group - a prolific name in the world of Muay Thai. They decided to mix entertainment with the lifestyle of the city.
First timers are welcome. No need to have a background in boxing. We have professional, experienced trainers in Thai boxing who have competed in the Rajadamnern championships.
And we have boxing teachers who help teach the very basics. Every student receives quality attention as one trainer takes care of no more than 5 students per class, or you can study one-on-one. Gradient from easy to difficult, from 1 to 4 to level 5, ready to turn 'Pro' as a professional boxer Real punches. A great place for beginners Muay Thai. You can feel yourself getting stronger in a week. Lots of warm up and HIIT before you even get the gloves on. Keeps your heart rate up for the entire 90 minutes. Trainers are very supportive and motivating.
Great location, just nearby a BTS station. Friendly staff and fun beginner class, suitable for tourists who don't speak Thai and want to experience something more active. There's no free water here so make sure to bring your own. Also, bring clean clothes and you can shower there.
Very nice facility. Small and intimate. Beginners class was fun, yet tested you in fitness and muay thai techniques. Had fun at an affordable price. Will definitely go again!

The gym was amazing and the instructors are very knowledgeable and very skilled in Muay Thai!! I wouldn't go anywhere else to recieve instruction!!
